A few weeks after Oscar Piastri and Guanyu Zhou, it was Christian Lundgaard's turn to take the wheel of the RS18 at Silverstone.
Member of theAlpine Drive Academy, the Dane, who was not on his first test of the RS18 (two driving sessions in 2019 and 2020), was able to complete a few qualifying runs before ending his day with a race simulation. In total, the current ART Grand Prix driver in F2 completed 101 laps.

« It was a very pleasant day at Silverstone, savored Christian Lundgaard after his session. I'm happy with how it turned out. We were able to complete the big program we had put in place and the car worked well.
We did a few qualifying runs and race simulations so I have a lot of information to swallow and analyze later (…) I'm learning a lot from this day ».
