Manor could receive a Ferrari engine

The Principal Team of the Team Ferrari, Maurice Arrivabene, indicated today in the Barcelona paddock that a verbal agreement existed between the Italian firm and the Manor team for the supply of V6 turbo / hybrids, if the team managed to line up on the starting grid this season . « We told them yesterday that we will provide them with a 2014 engine. Nothing is written and signed at the moment but the answer is yes. » indicates the Italian.

Manor, a vestige of the Marussia team which was already a client of Ferrari last year, is continuing its attempt to return to racing in 2015. Yesterday, a new step was taken, with confirmation by FRP Advisory that an agreement had been reached to end the administration of the team. Manor had also seen its request to use the 2014 car to start the season rejected by the Strategic Group of the F1 at the beginning of the month.
