Massa went kart

Expected by Luca di Montezemolo who indicated that he wanted to give his driver another chance in 2010, Felipe Massa took the wheel again on Monday by completing a few laps of the circuit behind the wheel of a kart. According to Reuters, the Brazilian was accompanied by friends and his doctor, Dino Altmann.

The latter had advised Massa not to run for more than an hour but it was ultimately the rain which got the better of the Brazilian's return. He was thus only able to complete seven laps of a circuit near Sao Paulo.

The 2008 world runner-up appears to have experienced no pain or discomfort and will continue his program in order to be ready for the start of the 2010 season.
