Massa: Ferrari is finally on the right track

Felipe Massa covered 103 laps of the track today in Barcelona, setting the fifth fastest time in practice. If the morning was once again difficult for the men of the Team, the Brazilian reports that the afternoon went much better and that the potential of the F2012 is starting to be well exploited by the team. The Ferrari driver therefore displays a certain optimism even if he recognizes that efforts still need to be made.

“I think we found the path we needed to take for these final days of testing and I think today is a positive day, especially after this afternoon”, comments the Brazilian. “We were able to set consistent times over an eight or nine lap stint. We still have work to do but the behavior of the car is much better than before. We didn't have a lot of directions to follow in the past but this season we have a lot of possibilities for development and the most important thing is that we have found the best one. I think we are halfway through our work. We still need to make progress to get closer to our goals. »
