Max Verstappen does not hide his ambitions

During the last FIA awards ceremony last December in Paris, Max Verstappen had been awarded the titles of Personality of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Action of the Year three times, for his overtaking of Felipe Nasr at Blanchimont during the Belgian Grand Prix. A new recognition of the talent of Jos Verstappen's son at the end of his first year in the discipline.

The former resident of the European Championship F3 will continue this year with Toro Rosso and does not hide its ambitions for the future. « My ultimate dream is to become world champion, explains Verstappen in an interview with Sky Sports. And not just once. This is my dream and it doesn't matter with which team. »

The 18-year-old Dutchman impressed in his first season in F1 accumulating 49 of the 67 points scored by the Faenza team in 2015 and largely dominating his teammate Carlos Sainz Jr, also in his first year in the premier category.
