The directors of Manor F1 Team will regain control of their team. FRP Advisory confirmed today that the voluntary arrangement to abandon the administration, initiated on February 4, had been accepted. “The financial restructuring allows Manor to continue its plans to compete in Formula 1.” indicates the administrators’ press release.
Manor, who had seen his request to use the 2014 single-seater for the first races of this season rejected by the F1 Strategic Group on February 6, must now put on track a car 2015. The team has until the Bahrain Grand Prix (April 1-19) to appear on the grid, otherwise it will lose the silver of 9th place in the 2014 Manufacturers' championship.
