Reassuring news for Carlos Sainz

The state of health of Carlos Sainz is reassuring. The Spanish pilot of Toro Rosso had been a victim earlier in the morning a violent exit from the track during the third and final free practice session of the Russian Grand Prix on the Sochi route.

“I just spoke to Carlos, thank God he is fine. » added the double world rally champion, about his son, who will miss qualifying this Saturday and whose participation remains uncertain for the Grand Prix.

The team also indicated that the Spaniard was going to remain under observation tonight and that the first investigations into the reasons for this accident would begin as soon as the car would have returned to the garage.
