Where are the teams with their obligation to run rookies in EL1?

Since 2022, each team has been required to have young drivers participate in several Free Practice sessions (one per car) on Friday mornings. To be considered a "young driver," the rookie must not have participated in more than two races in the World Championship. F1 during his career.
