While Formula 1 has just set up camp in Florida to hold the sixth round of the 2025 season, Miami has taken the opportunity to secure its place on the Formula 1 calendar until... 2041! This XXL contract was unexpected given that F1 and the Florida event were previously linked until 2031. Because of these ten additional years, the Miami GP becomes the event in the premier motorsport discipline with the longest contract.
This extension of the Miami GP is an opportunity to take stock of the situation regarding the contracts of each of the events that host (or will host) Formula 1. At the time of writing, two rounds are coming to the end of their contracts: the Las Vegas Grand Prix and the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. While the future of the former does not seem to be in danger, since F1 is its direct promoter, the latter could well disappear at the end of the season. For Stefano Domenicali, Imola's place in the calendar is threatened Parts and accessories "It will be increasingly difficult to have two Grand Prix in the same country." according to the CEO of Formula 1.

Mexico is an extremely popular event that must be very profitable for the local organizers and Liberty Media, regardless of whether Checo is at the start or not!

Azerbaijan, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, China, Qatar, Bahrain (+ Hungary and Singapore?) ... 8 destinations out of 24 in autocratic, even anti-democratic countries, most of which date back to the time of Supremo Bernie E.! And now Rwanda is looming, we can clearly see that the dollar and/or the petrodollar reign supreme
