Ninth in the drivers' standings with 39 points, Pierre Gasly's objective is to help Alpha Tauri achieve what it has never done before: rank better than 6th in the teams' standings.

“Alpha Tauri has never done better than 6th in the constructors' championship. My goal is to offer them 5th place in front Alpine et Aston Martin. But it doesn't just depend on me."

Last year, Pierre Gasly had to retire in Hungary following several mechanical problems.
