Pierre Gasly achieved dream qualifications

He will therefore be able to start with these tires during the race on Sunday. “It was really very hot, it was a big risk, but we know that there is a real advantage in the race. We talked about it before qualifying, I told the team that I wanted to try it and I managed to get through to Q3,” detailed the French driver on Canal +.

In the race, his tires should allow him to gain the advantage over Charles Leclerc, who will start on softs.
