Each driver has 12 points on their license, and like on the road, units can be lost based on various infractions. Kevin Magnussen is the worst off, since he only has two Super License points left! The Dane is coming off a more than complicated weekend in Miami, where he lost five points on his license, for two separate infractions, in the Sprint and during the Grand Prix.

Each point lost is automatically recovered one year after the penalty imposed, Magnussen will therefore have to wait until March 9, 2025 to see his counter increase again. If he were to lose two more points during this season, he would incur a suspension race, and would see his total return to 12 during the following round.

Sergio Pérez and Logan sargeant also rather act as poor students, with four points remaining. One more than Lance stroll and two more than Fernando Alonso, the pilots Aston Martin able, however, to remain rather serene.

Carlos Sainz received his first penalty point this weekend, while his teammate Charles Leclerc is always at 12 units. This is also the case of Lando Norris, Oscar piastri, Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon et Alexander albon.
