The 2025 season of Formula 1 Will it offer us its share of suspense? That's Alex's opinion anyway Albon, who believes that this new vintage, which will kick off this weekend in Australia, could be one of the most uncertain in the history of the premier category of motor sport.
« I think we're going to be entering one of the closest seasons in history, according to Alex Albon in comments relayed by the official Formula 1 website. One or two tenths of a second could be the gap between all the midfield teams. It will be a close race. »
With the progress shown by Williams during pre-season testing in Bahrain, where his new teammate Carlos Sainz proved to be the fastest, Alex Albon hopes to see his team able to lead the pack behind the leading quartet that should form McLaren, Red Bull, Mercedes et Ferrari :
« That's our goal. I would say that's our target. »
« The battle is played out in the middle of the pack, the Thai believes. The main positive I take away from this car is the considerable work that has gone into it behind the scenes. The car feels well balanced, whether in terms of weight, components, or other aspects. »
However, another team also seems able to claim this place, according to Albon:
« Alpine seems very strong too, maybe even a little stronger, He considers. I think it will depend a lot on the circuits. »
As for seeing Williams even higher in the hierarchy, Alex Albon prefers to joke:
« [The media] places more expectations on us than we do on ourselves! »
