Prost: Ferrari is right to keep Räikkönen

The extension of Kimi Räikkönen within Scuderia Ferrari in 2017 caused numerous debates in the paddock of the F1. Some critics felt that the stable of Maranello was too conservative in not giving a chance to younger drivers such as Sergio Pérez or Romain Grosjean often cited in the list of contenders.

Alain Prost believes, however, that the Prancing Horse made the right choice by keeping the 2007 world champion alongside Sebastian Vettel.

Ferrari's decision to extend his contract seems quite logical to me, particularly with the rule change that is coming.
