Minor overrun of 2 million dollars (we would like to know if it is a question of meals and sick leave!) resulting in a small fine of 7 million dollars (a trifle for the can manufacturer and just a small tip for the FIA!) and 28 hours of wind tunnel gone! Even if C. HORNER said the opposite, Red Bull was right to cheat... and the others will perhaps not hesitate to do so in the future! A nice laugh, pitiful FIA
