What program for Alexander Rossi in 2016?

Engaged in 2015 in the GP2 Series within Racing Engineering, Alexander Red was unable to rise to the level of Belgian Stoffel Vandoorne, crowned champion after an exemplary season with ART Grand Prix. If the GP2 did not smile on him, the native of Nevada City in California made his debut in the deep end of the F1, with five races at Manor, replacing the Spaniard Roberto Merhi.

Singapore, Suzuka in Japan, but especially Austin in Texas (his home Grand Prix), as well as Mexico and Brazil made up the mini program for the 24-year-old driver, who is now looking towards 2016 with the hope of continuing his adventure in the discipline.

“Starting in competition this season for Manor was a privilege, and I felt very comfortable in all five events, explains Rossi on his website. In many ways, 2015 was a very good year for me, for my career and for those around me who helped me? With my team, We are working hard towards 2016 and look forward to sharing exciting news quickly. »

Manor will experience profound changes next year. The historic duo Graeme Lowdon – John Booth has decided to fly to other horizons, and the team's single-seaters will now be powered by the Power Unit Mercedes. In this sense, one of the two seats available could be allocated to Pascal Wehrlein, champion DTM 2015 and Mercedes F1 test driver.
