Are we already preparing Andrea Kimi Antonelli's successor at Mercedes while he has only just been promoted within the F1 team? In any case, the German manufacturer seems to want to give itself every chance to bring out a new talent from its academy like the Italian, who went from Formula 4 to Formula 1 in just three seasons.

On the sidelines of a day karting dedicated to its young drivers, Mercedes took the opportunity to formalize the arrival of Ethan Jeff-Hall in its ranks for this 2025 season, alongside those we already know like James Anagnostiadis, Kenzo Craigie and Luna Fluxa.

A great pick for the Star because it is the 2024 OK kart world champion who had also competed in the Ginetta Junior Championship campaign with the championship title at the end. By welcoming Ethan Jeff-Hall, Mercedes ensures that it does not see a young hopeful fall into the hands of the competition since he was still in the running to join the Ferrari Driver Academy after reaching the final of the World Scouting Camp of the Team last October and whose winner has not yet been announced.

After being crowned in karting and Ginetta, a campaign won by 23 points ahead of Chase Fernandez (14 podiums including 6 victories and 7 pole positions), Ethan Jeff-Hall will make the big leap to carAt 16, the Englishman is expected in British F4 under the colours of Argenti Motorsport.
