Racing Point reprimanded by the FIA for the use of its brake ducts

The affair surrounding the legality of the Racing Point RP20 offers you a new episode this Sunday August 9. The International Automobile Federation (FIA) issued a yellow card to the Canadian team for using the same brake ducts as in previous races.

In fact, Racing Point admitted to the stewards that it had not changed the design of its scoops after the sanction handed down last Friday (15 penalty points in the Manufacturers' championship and 400 euros fine) for the Grand Prix of the 000th anniversary of the F1 in Silverstone (Great Britain).

Responsible, but not guilty, Racing Point receives a simple warning and keeps the points scored by Lance stroll et Nico Hulkenberg. It's hard to imagine a team spending a considerable sum and many hours of work to modify a part design and avoid a simple administrative note from the FIA in future Grands Prix…
