Räikkönen wants to do better in Canada

Slowed down by the change in his steering column, Kimi Räikkönen had only a short time on the track in Monaco to adjust his car. “The surface is not too abrasive, it will not be too hard on the rear tires”, comments Kimi Räikkönen. “It won't be easy though because the tires will be super soft. We will try to improve things to exploit the full potential of the car. I have to ride as fast as I can and hope to be faster. We're probably not the only ones having this kind of problem, but everyone would have fixed this if it was obvious. It's a difficult exercise to predict how the tires will perform and different teams have different problems in different races. If you are faster, you will pay more over a long stint so you need to know your pace. This is what a good pilot should do. »
