Red Bull: Splendid hat-trick among the Manufacturers

Red Bull was almost assured of winning a new Manufacturers' title at the US Grand Prix since the Austrian team only needed four points. The second place of Sebastian Vettel was more than enough to achieve this objective before the Interlagos final played this weekend. Christian Horner, director of Taureau Rouge, praised this performance. “We are halfway there and we have concluded a Championship. We couldn't have dreamed of a better result by winning these three consecutive Manufacturers' titles. These successes achieved in 2010, 2011 and 2012 against the opponents we have is something rather remarkable for only our eighth year in the discipline. This is testament to the long hours, determination and dedication that this team has brought to achieve this success and is something that every member of the team can be proud of. »

Red Bull cannot celebrate its third consecutive Constructors' Championship title without letting Adrian Newey speak. The technical director of the Taureau Rouge, considered a true genius in the paddock, has been able to create the most competitive single-seaters in the peloton over the last three years despite changes to the regulations. “To achieve this hat-trick is really special. I have the privilege of having already achieved this with Williams and it's happening again now with Red Bull, it's a wonderful reward for the team. Last season was undoubtedly the easiest but 2010 was different as we lost a lot of valuable points at the start of the year due to reliability issues and driving errors, but the car was very competitive. »
