Renault will drive two days in Austria with the RS18
Renault follows in the footsteps of the stables of Formula 1 peak with two days of driving planned on the Red Bull Ring (Austria) on June 16 and 17.
The French manufacturer will take a copy of its RS18 used in 2018 by Nico Hulkenberg et Carlos Sainz Jr, the Formula 1 regulations prohibiting teams from using a car under two years of age in private trials.
The crew of pilots made up of the French Esteban Ocon and the Australian Daniel Ricciardo will be on the trip. Each athlete will have their day of work and will be able to get back into shape in an enclosure which will host the first Grand Prix of the season on July 5.
