Ricciardo debuts the Red Bull RB14 at Silverstone

Daniel Ricciardo offered its first spins of the wheel to the Red Bull RB14 on the Silverstone circuit in the United Kingdom during a burn-in organized as part of a promotional shoot.

Unveiled this morning, the news car of Milton Keynes sports a very attractive midnight blue camouflage decoration, which will nevertheless be replaced by the livery used in racing during the next winter tests in Barcelona. It was in typically British weather that the Australian driver set out to attack the track which traditionally hosts the British Grand Prix.

Each team has two promotional days during the season, with driving limited to 100 kilometers during these events. Known for waiting until the last moment to finalize its chassis concept, the Milton Keynes team did not take as many risks this time by stopping development early.

The RB14 and its engine Renault badged TAG Heuer will then head to Catalonia where winter tests will take place from February 26 to March 1, then from March 6 to 9. The first round of the season, the Australian Grand Prix, will kick off the 2018 campaign on March 25.
