Ricciardo: Red Bull will not stay in this position

In Monaco last Sunday, Daniel Ricciardo achieved his best result of the year with a fifth place obtained after having notably battled with Kimi Räikkönen (Ferrari) race. The Australian also benefited from the team play of his team to try to reach the podium against Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) at the end of the race, his attempt failing.

“Daniil (Kvyat) let me pass to try my luck and when I saw that I was no longer progressing and that I had no chance of passing one in front, I gave him back his place, comments the 25-year-old pilot. We did everything we had to do to achieve what is our best result since the start of the season. »

Happy to finally enter the top 5 in 2015, Ricciardo does not intend to stop there, despite an RB11 still behind its rivals. “There is not just one cause for our current lack of competitiveness, it is simply that the puzzle is not yet assembled.
