Rich Energy changes its name and fires its CEO

At this rate, we will be able to make a successful Netflix series. In the wake of an incredible British Grand Prix where Rich Energy first announced the end of its partnership with Haas before backpedaling at full speed, documents published on the British Trade Register website confirm the new name of the energy drink brand.

The improbable company is now called Lightning Volt, while CEO William Storey, in open conflict with other shareholders, has been dismissed, as has his Croatian associate Zoran Terzic.

The information was confirmed by the Twitter account of the late Rich Energy in a lunar message, one more. “ Our founder William Storey was forced to sell his majority shares in Rich Energy Limited following the false and hypocritical behavior of minority shareholders ».

At the same time, Matthew Kell was named the majority shareholder and directly or indirectly owns 75% of the company's shares. The company has also changed offices and is now based in the London premises of the Bdg Group, a company specializing in buying insolvent companies but which operates without official authorization.

Contacted about the palace revolution underway at its title sponsor, Haas did not wish to comment on the latest developments in the matter for the moment. Perhaps they are simply trying to understand the enormous mess they find themselves in…
