Richard Mille joins forces with Ferrari

The most attentive among you will have noticed that the sponsor Richard Mille no longer appears on the sides of theAlfa Romeo revealed this Monday. Indeed, the famous watch brand comes into the fold Ferrari through a multi-year partnership that replaces Hublot.

This will not only cover the Formula 1, But also WEC, the Competizioni GT and Ferrari Challenge championships, and the Ferrari Driver Academy races by integrating the booming Esports category.

“Everyone knows how truly incredible the history of Ferrari is, if only through the community of fans that brings together fans and classic car collectors alike,” rejoices Richard Mille. I see this partnership as a fantastic opportunity, thanks to the involvement of Ferrari designers and engineers, to integrate our numerous respective developments into the heart of our watches.

Mattia Binotto, Managing Director and Team Principal of Scuderia Ferrari highlights that “Ferrari and Richard Mille share many values, from the use of similar materials and their implementation, to our passion in designing our respective products. The two brands do not bear the name of their founder by chance since they embody their dreams and visions.”

Richard Mille is a brand very involved in motorsport. His boss is president of the Commission Endurance of the FIA, he owns the team which ran a female trio at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2020 and launched a driving academy, in addition to sponsorship. The partnership with Ferrari is not exclusive, since we find the watch brand on the sides of the McLaren MCL35M from 2021. Last year, it also equipped the Haas and sponsored Charles Leclerc.
