Rosberg slowed by Hamilton at Red Bull Ring

Nico Rosberg will only start from third place at the Austrian Grand Prix after losing almost two tenths behind the Williams of Felipe Massa who will start from pole on the Red Bull Ring. THE Mercedes seemed to have the potential to get ahead of Grove's single-seaters, but the spin of Lewis Hamilton seems to have penalized the two drivers of the German team.

Despite this disappointment, Nico Rosberg knows that he has a good chance to play against his rival Lewis Hamilton who will only start from ninth position on the grid at the Spielberg circuit. “I obviously didn't expect to see the Williams in front of us but they did a very good job”, commented the Championship leader after qualifying. “Everything didn’t go very well. Lewis spun in front of me on the last lap and I had to take my foot off, which cost me two tenths. It was no longer possible to improve. Third place remains satisfactory and promising for tomorrow. »

The start of the Austrian Grand Prix will be given tomorrow at 14 p.m. and will be followed live on AUTOhebdo.fr. Click on this link to see photos from the weekend.
