Rosberg wants to end his frustration in Bahrain

Nico Rosberg is not really lucky with his Mercedes W04 at the start of the season. If the German took fourth place at the Malaysian Grand Prix by respecting the team's instructions which asked him not to attack his teammate Lewis Hamilton, the son of the former 1982 world champion suffered two retirements following mechanical problems on his Flèche d’Argent. The Brackley team driver had to throw in the towel following an electrical problem at Malbourne while it was a suspension problem that ended his race last weekend in Shanghai.

After taking fifth place last year in Bahrain, Nico Rosberg is hoping for a good result to get back in the right direction, with the W04's performance proving convincing after the first Grands Prix. “I will be very happy to get back behind the wheel on Friday after a difficult weekend in Shanghai.”, assures the Mercedes driver. “The first three races didn't go as I hoped, but the positive thing is that we have a car which works really well. So I'm looking forward to moving forward with her this weekend, especially on the Sakhir circuit which I really like. The rear tires will suffer greatly, but we are better prepared than last year and we have shown that the car is more efficient. I really hope to get a good result in Bahrain. »
