Rosberg wants to take advantage of his good period

But for three events, the balance seems to have turned again in favor of Rosberg, winner of the last three Grands Prix in Belgium, Italy and Singapore. A situation for the moment favorable to the double world vice-champion, who nevertheless remains measured in the face of these good performances.

In addition to the fight with his teammate at Mercedes, Nico Rosberg believes that competition from outside the star's clan could still play a role, even after missing a significant chance of victory at the Marina Bay Circuit.

« Red Bull et Ferrari remain threatening, so there will be some tough weekends ahead. It's exciting for the fans and it pushes us even more to continue to improve. Malaysia didn't smile on us last year, so if we can win this time against such opposition it would be really great. »

Sebastian Vettel had in fact signed his first success with Ferrari for his second race within the Italian team, in an event always important for Mercedes, sponsored by the oil company Petronas whose head office is located in Kuala Lumpur.
