Ross Brawn not for 13th team

Durango, Epsilon, Stefan GP? Many teams dream of one day joining the Formula 1. After the abortion of the USF1 project, only twelve teams are currently present on the starting grids. Twelve teams which should see the arrival of a 13th next year. Ross Brawn would have preferred to leave it there.
