Rubens Barrichello is always hungry

The most diligent driver on the track on Friday at Jerez, Rubens Barrichello hopes to add more kilometers on a dry track this Saturday, the last day of this second pre-season testing session.

Although the rain hampered the schedule of many teams on Friday, that did not prevent Rubens Barrichello from frequently showing up on the track, completing 120 laps at the end of the day. At 37, the Brazilian is still just as hungry for Formula 1.

« We were only able to complete a small number of dry laps in the morning, comments Barrichello. The rest of our program was done in the rain so it was difficult to find the limit and evaluate our performance. »

After this rainy Friday, the pilot Williams hopes to be able to push the FW32 and complete as many laps as the day before. “ I?m looking forward to doing more miles. » At 37, Rubinho is not satisfied, at the dawn of his eighteenth season in Formula 1.
