Sainz and Kvyat blame each other at Toro Rosso

Daniil Kvyat was subsequently penalized with a drive-through by the stewards for returning to the track in a dangerous manner. The Russian driver was also penalized two points on his license, placing his total at nine points out of the twelve authorized before a one-race suspension.
