Sauber lifts the veil on the C36

Clean F1 Team presented its C36 which will be driven by Marcus Ericsson and Pascal Wehrlein this season. The Swiss team sports a new livery with the withdrawal of sponsor Banco do Brasil which recalls the 25 years of the structure founded by Peter Sauber.

Still powered by the 6l turbo/hybrid V1.6 Ferrari, the Sauber C36 adapted to the new regulations will have the mission of doing better than its older sister who was only able to finish once in the points last year. The 9th place won by Felipe Nasr at the Brazilian Grand Prix nevertheless allowed the team toHinwil to secure 10th place in the Manufacturers' Championship at the expense of Manor.

Sauber F1 Team will have to name a replacement for Pascal Wehrlein during the first winter testing session in Barcelona (February 27 to March 2) after the Mercedes protégé was put on green leave on medical advice.
