Sauber is looking for its drivers

After being accepted onto the starting grid for the 2010 Championship, the Sauber team is now looking for drivers. While no names have been confirmed, Peter Sauber already has ideas.

Peter Sauber had indicated some time ago that he was waiting to have his place assured on the starting grid for the 2010 season before starting discussions with drivers. The FIA having decided to authorize the Sauber team to participate in the next championship, Peter is now focusing on the next stage.

« PSeveral drivers have approached us recently but we could not negotiate without being sure of participating in next season. Several names have circulated in recent weeks with Nick Heidfeld, Anthony Davidson, Giancarlo Fisichella, Christian Klien, Jarno Trulli, Pedro de la Rosa, Heikki Kovalainen or Kamui Kobayashi. A final decision should be made quickly.
