Sebastian Vettel: “The race is secondary. »

The weekend of Sebastian Vettel will have been agitated in Japan. After announcing his departure from the team Red Bull at the end of the season, the four-time world champion gave a lot of effort on the track, notably offering some great battles with the Williams at the start of the race, and finally managed to secure third place in the final. A position which has been returned to him, because initially, it is good Daniel Ricciardo who was third when the Grand Prix was interrupted following Jules Bianchi's serious accident, but the classification having to be established according to the order of the last lap before the red flag, Vettel is well on the podium. But this was only a detail for the German who preferred to turn his thoughts towards the French pilot.

“Everything that happened during the race is secondary today. One of us is injured and we don't know how he is yet. Jules had a serious accident and we hope to have very good news very soon. Not knowing what happened is terrible, I think all the drivers are really with him. » declares the Red Bull driver.
