Sebastian Vettel, bad luck!

Sebastian Vettel, after having to let go of the controls of the race, was disappointed. For the second time in a row, the German driver saw a victory that seemed promised pass under his nose. After the disappointment in Bahrain, Melbourne also sounded the death knell for Vettel's hopes of success. And, once again, Baby Schumi failed to finish the Australian Grand Prix, an unfortunate habit. The reliability of the Red Bull is in question.

Sebastian Vettel explains how he experienced the end of the race. “ One lap before going out, I felt something was wrong, explains the Red Bull driver. I saw sparks flying near the left front wheel. We didn't know what it was and decided I had to go through the pits. Then, a few turns later, I felt huge vibrations every time I touched the brakes. I failed in turn 13 and ended up in the gravel. I could not do anything. »

« It's a shame because I think we controlled the race at every important moment, even if the conditions were difficult., regrets Vettel. But to win, you have to finish. Does it break my heart? to fail to win but the Championship is still long. We are working hard to resolve our reliability issues. We hope to have a good race and see the checkered flag in Malaysia. »
