Senna denies being a paying driver

If Bruno Senna managed to win a shuttlecock in F1 within one of the new Campos Meta teams, he owes it above all to his talent. This is in essence the message that the Brazilian wanted to convey on the airwaves of Radio Bandeirantes. The Brazilian, vice-champion of GP2 2008, does not want to appear as a paying driver when numerous rumors reported support from several Brazilian companies.

« The contract I signed does not depend on bringing sponsors to the team », declared Bruno before giving an update on the progress of the car. " Among the new teams, the car made by Campos is the most advanced. It has already passed the most important side and frontal crash tests. »

After having participated this season in several rounds of the championship Le Mans Series within the Courage Oreca team, Ayrton Senna?s nephew will therefore make his Grand Prix debut in Bahrain next March.
