Cold sweat ! It's not just the stifling heat that is causing some, and not the least of them, to bead in large drops in the Marina Bay paddock since there is this growing rumor that two teams have exceeded the 2021 budget ceiling, then set to 145 million dollars (compared to 140 for the 2022 financial year. Editor's note).

Ah, if the cost cap is indeed proven for RBR and AM, what about 2022 or even 2023? Once a cheater, always a cheater... as my grandmother used to say!
