The 64th edition of the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim can be followed live with our live text.

Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) will start on pole in front Max Verstappen (Red Bull), while their teammates Valtteri Bottas et Pierre Gasly will start in the second line. THE Ferrari are condemned to a recovery race after their mechanical problems the day before. Charles Leclerc will only start 10th while Sebastian Vettel is at the bottom of the grid. Romain Grosjean (Haas) is 6th on the grid.

The race could be lively due to the rainy weather on the German track. The drivers could use Pirelli's grooved tires for the first time this season.
