It's the recovery! The first Grand Prix of the 2018 season Formula 1 will begin this Sunday at 7:10 a.m. French time on the Albert Park circuit in Melbourne (Australia). Don't miss any events by following our live text.
The first event of the season could provide a great spectacle, on a track renowned for offering an uncertain race every year. Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) however disgusted the competition in qualifying more than half a second ahead on both Ferrari by Kimi Räikkönen and Sebastian Vettel. The latter, winner here in 2017, is counting on a better pace in the long relay to pick up the Briton.
The fight for places of honor will certainly be very indecisive. Haas seems to have a slight advantage with Kevin Magnussen 5th and Romain Grosjean 6th, even if both Renault are in ambush. Force India is still groping in terms of performance but hopes to finish in the points.
