Follow the Azerbaijan GP with live text
In just three editions, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix (called the European Grand Prix in 2016) has acquired the status of an unmissable event in the racing season. Formula 1. The 2019 vintage should be no exception to the rule, with a very interesting starting grid.

Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes) will be keen to repair the 2018 affront. Leading a few laps from the finish, the Finn had flattened a tire while passing over debris and ceded victory to his teammate Lewis Hamilton. The latter, authoritarian winner two weeks earlier in China, is the favorite.
The Baku circuit, six kilometers long, presents an endless straight line of more than two terminals. This is where overtaking, and sometimes collisions, take place, as the suction phenomenon is felt at 340 km/h. The whole paddock remembers the crash between the Red Bulls last year!
This event will begin at 14:10 p.m. French time and will be followed with AUTO's live texthebdo, live from the Atelier Renault on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, where the GP is broadcast on a giant screen.
