Absent in 2020 due to the pandemic, the French Grand Prix makes its grand return to the calendar this Sunday.

On pole for the 5th time in his career, Max Verstappen (Red Bull) is the big favorite at Castellet. The Dutchman must nevertheless keep an eye on the Mercedes drivers who seem to be getting back on track in the Var after two missed meetings in Monaco and Baku.
Behind, the battle in the middle of the pack should be lively between the Ferrari drivers, Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc, Pierre Gasly (Alpha Tauri), the McLarens (Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris) as well as Fernando Alonso (Alpine) should liven up this French Grand Prix.
Only 11th on the grid, Esteban Ocon (Alpine) intends to get involved in this fight in order to try to offer a few points to his team which is racing at home this Sunday.
