Follow the Austrian GP qualifying with live text
All eyes will be on Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) during qualifying for the ninth round of the 2019 season of Formula 1. The Monegasque signed the best time in two of the three free practice sessions and looks set to be one of the favorites for pole position to follow live text from 15 p.m.
As usual, the Mercedes will respond present at the end of Q3. Lewis Hamilton was the fastest on Friday morning, before falling back slightly into line. However, we know that the Briton often keeps things under control until he gives 100% at the end of qualifying.
His teammate Valtteri Bottas will want to redeem himself after a violent accident Friday afternoon. Max Verstappen (Red Bull), outgoing winner in Austria, is counting on the disappearance of the gusts of wind to no longer leave the track.
