The 2023 season of Formula 1 is thrown ! After the three free practice sessions for the Bahrain Grand Prix, it's time for the first qualifying sessions of the year.

At the moment, Max Verstappen et Red Bull seem the strongest on the track and logically the main contenders for pole position on the Sakhir track. But behind the Austrians, one pilot in particular is emerging. It is not about Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz, George Russell or even Lewis Hamilton but good of Fernando Alonso.
Now at Aston Martin, the Spaniard seems to have found his colors behind the wheel of an AMR23 that is as surprising as it is efficient. The double world champion confirmed the situation by dominating FP2 and 3, and above all by displaying a pace similar to that of Max Verstappen during the race simulations.
