Toro Rosso lifts the veil on the STR9

Unlike certain presentations of single-seaters which leave something to be desired, Toro Rosso has chosen to unveil its new STR9 in a classic way by presenting its lines in the Jerez paddock on the eve of the start of winter testing. If Jean-Éric Vergne prepares to compete in his third season in the Italian team, he will have to face a new teammate in Daniil Kvyat who could well surprise after his GP3 title acquired last year.

The Frenchman will be the first to take the wheel of the STR9 tomorrow in Jerez. The new Russian hope of Red Bull Junior Team, which replaces Daniel Ricciardo who left for the first stable of the Taureau Rouge, will take over on Wednesday. JEV will return on Thursday while the reigning GP3 champion will return on the final day where wet track tests are planned.
