Three GP suspended suspensions for McLaren

At the end of an extraordinary meeting of the World Motor Sport Council, the McLaren Mercedes team was penalized with three Grand Prix suspended suspensions. The sanction will be applied in the event of a new violation of article 151c of the International Sporting Code during the next twelve months.

Martin Whitmarsh, team director McLaren, would have made a strong impression on the members of the Council by admitting the responsibility of the team and ensuring that he had already started to change mentalities within his organization.
