Second on the grid last Sunday, Max Verstappen experienced a very complicated race. Although he made up for his bad start by moving up to third place, the Dutchman made a mistake while chasing Sergio Pérez for second position.
From then on, his Turkish Grand Prix became difficult. The pilot Red Bull made a series of mistakes and fell back in the ranking with a mediocre sixth place at the finish. Without delay, the main interested party and his team began to look for the why and the how.

After analysis, it turned out that the front wing of the car stamped with No. 33 was poorly adjusted. “ Everything went wrong, explains Max Verstappen in the columns of Telegraaf. It turned out that my front wing setting was not correct. We were seven degrees less on one side of what we should have had for the aileron set-up. It's really a lot. In these conditions almost nothing works ».
Information confirmed by Red Bull on the Formula 1 website adding that this poor adjustment creates an aerodynamic imbalance thus complicating the driving of the car.
