A tribute to Michael Schumacher at the “Champions for Charity” match

Since his skiing accident in Méribel in December 2013, Michael Schumacher continues his convalescence at home in Switzerland, while information on the state of health of the seven-time world champion remains scarce. A discretion desired by his family.

Yesterday Wednesday, several international athletes, including Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, Felipe Massa, Nico Rosberg, Fernando Alonso, Nico Hulkenberg or Pascal Wehrlein, as well as Mika Häkkinen, double world champion in 1998 and 1999 or even David Coulthard for motorsport, took part in a charity football match in Mainz in Germany, where a tribute was paid to the former pilot Ferrari.

Michael Schumacher's son, Mick, who competes in ADAC F4, also took part in the meeting.
