He was supposed to stop his car on the grid, in front of the sign with the number 2, but he did not hear or want to hear the message from Peter Bonnington, his engineer. He stopped in the Parc Fermé, without thinking, and stayed there. Sounded like a boxer who has just taken an uppercut. He sits in his car, visor closed, to escape from the nightmare, to tell himself that none of this had existed. That this last round could not have taken place. Then as he came to his senses, reality finally set in. Terrible. How could this victory have escaped him? And this world title, above all? Now it was necessary

End of Mercedes hegemony, I also wanted it at the start of the season but not in this way where the "off limit" aggressiveness of max (small volunteer) not having been enough, Red Bull used blackmail to definitively help the chance. Brawl on the track yes but properly, F1 must neither become wrestling nor football for fans of tricked out circus games

Congratulations to Max Verstappen who had a superb season, RedBull who provided a very good chassis and often had inspired strategies. Max was able to compensate for a Honda engine that was a little inferior to the Mercedes. He fully deserves his title especially since Lewis dangerously sent him into the wall at Silverstone. The Mercedes team has made too many small mistakes this season and Lewis has often been spared the sanctions he deserved. Hoping that the 2022 season can be even more competitive: Sainz, Alonso, Vettel, Gasly also deserve to compete for the title. We've had enough of Mercedes' egemony. We want a fight on the track!

“Victim of a show that absolutely had to end with a winner greeted by a checkered flag and not a Safety Car cutting the line, he was sent to the scaffold.” All is said !! I can't wait for the new president of the FIA to clarify the rules in order to prevent this situation from happening again. As for Mr. MASI, if he wants to retire permanently to the outback, few will regret it!!
