A time bomb between Mercedes and Red Bull
After the disqualification of Lewis Hamilton in Brazil for non-compliant DRS (see AH n°2338), Mercedes immediately made it known that she did not intend to appeal. “ We want to win this championship on the track », swore these singers of virtue. That was before Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton clash in a new fiery fight. Unhappy to see the Dutchman escape the slightest investigation for his robust defense on the 48th lap, which sent the two title contenders off the track, the German team decided to exercise its right of review two days later. Yet another twist in a Mercedes clashRed Bull which has long gone beyond the simple framework of the track.
