A race to forget for Vettel

Here is a new “without” Grand Prix for Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari). This time, the German did not spin but still missed the podium by a wide margin. Yet, starting from the second position on the starting grid, the four-time world champion could hope for better than a sixth place…

The race at Interlagos (Brazil) went badly as soon as the lights went out. “I didn't have the optimal grip, but I think that's part of the job when you end up with the hardest tires, indicates Sebastian Vettel, who lost a place to Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes).

“I had nowhere to go. Valtteri and Lewis (Hamilton) got along well, Lewis braked a little early to allow Valtteri to move to the outside. I couldn't do anything anymore. »
Then, the Ferrari was the victim of sensor problems, making driving more complicated. Enough to defend his position against his teammate Kimi Räikkönen (Ferrari), then Max Verstappen et Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull) unnecessary.

“A difficult afternoon in the end. I'm not satisfied at all, in addition we lose the Manufacturers' championship. My race started off bad and ended the same way”, concluded the German.
